Overview
A digital twin platform built for industrial process equipment. Its flagship application mirrors an IQF (individually quick-frozen) blast freezer — modeling its airflow, temperature, and throughput in real time from live sensor data, so operators can test workflow changes and tune cycle times before touching the physical machine. The goal is simple: run the equipment at its most efficient operating point. Control and orchestration logic runs against the twin first, with monitoring, safety interlocks, and full traceability carried through to the physical system.
